Job Description – Business Developer Manager 

 

Position Overview: 

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our efforts in acquiring new clients within the IT Services, Salesforce CRM Implementations, and Web Application Development domains. As the face of the company in this pivotal role, you will be responsible for devising and executing a robust business development and sales strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to lead our International Business Development efforts and significantly contribute to our growth. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Strategic Growth Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy that emphasizes both financial gains and exceptional customer satisfaction. 
  • Client Portfolio Expansion: Identify, target, and cultivate relationships with corporate clients through effective networking and marketing initiatives. 
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough research to uncover new markets and understand evolving customer needs, while keeping a close eye on industry trends and competitor activities. 
  • Client Engagement: Organize and lead high-impact business meetings with potential clients, showcasing our offerings and aligning them with client requirements. 
  • Product & Service Promotion: Strategically promote our company’s services, ensuring they meet the specific needs of clients and prospects. 
  • Market Intelligence Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales, revenue, and market trends, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions. 
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients, leveraging these connections to drive sustained business growth. 
  • Feedback Integration: Collect and synthesize market feedback to continuously refine our service offerings and enhance customer satisfaction. 

Qualifications & Skills: 

  • Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional proficiency in English with strong negotiation skills. 
  • Industry Expertise: Extensive experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the International IT Services sector. 
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Software Development Terminologies and hands-on experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). 
  • Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to analyze market trends, build rapport with clients, and develop actionable strategies. 
  • Organizational Skills: Strong time management and planning capabilities to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office and other business-related software tools. 

Educational Background: 

  • Qualification: MBA in Sales and Marketing or a related field. 

Experience Required: 

  • Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Business Development within the IT Services sector. 

Compensation: 

  • Salary: Competitive CTC up to ₹20 LPA. 

Position Details: 

  • Job Type: Full-time. 
  • Location: Gurugram (Work from Office). 
  • Schedule: US Overlapping Time – 2 PM IST to 11 PM IST.
